What's Happenin' - What  to Wear and Bring-Where to stay -
9-10 a.m.  Meet at the winery for coffee and noshes (you'll get a chance to get your daily two glasses of red wine later.)
10 :15 a.m.   Caravan (Les Paul version) to the Vineyard.
10:45-11- Arrive vineyard, assemble for instructions and band-aids.
11:05- Harvesting of the grapes
1:00 p.m.  A sumptuous feast of homemade bread, homegrown basil and tomatoes, and much, much, more- from here on times are approximate...actually all times are approximate.
2-ish - Finish picking, swamping and preparing to haul grapes to winery-
3:30-4:30 p.m.     Maybe Crush grapes-foot optional
5 p.m. - Hors d'oeuvres and wine- nap time

What to wear and bring: For the last 30 crushes, we have had nearly perfect weather- sunny,  mid to upper 70's with light breezes- let's make the assumption that our 31st crush will be the same- so you may wish to dress accordingly- casual to elegantly grubby - and bring some or all of the following- Sunscreen, sunshade, shades, sunny disposition, Sunny Jim peanut butter.  We usually have lots of picking implements, but if you have a favorite pocket knife, scalpel,  machete', or bayonet, get out the old sharpening stone and bring it along. If manual labor ain't your usual bag, consider packing the following: liniment, ibuprofen, alleve, enteric coated aspirin, or other NSAID's, a supply anti-oxidants (or two glasses of red wine) and an ice bag..
