Each year, on the last Saturday of March and the First
Saturday of April, we invite our customers to come and help us bottle,
cork, capsule, and label wine.
About
10 o'clock we put you on our crude, but effective, hand bottling line and
let you go at it. Around noon, we break for a sumptuous vintners
lunch, complete with appropriate libations. After lunch, we whip you back
on the line, finish bottling, break down the line, clean up, and (whew)
in the early evening have a potluck BBQ. We guarantee you'll never take
a wine bottle, cork, or label for granted again.
